Our structure

SKS Bodies

Smart Klaster – StartUP HUB (SKS) structure includes:

  1. the General Assembly (VZ),
  2. The Board of Directors (SR),
  3. Supervisory Board (DR),
  4. Executive Director of SKS. 

The General Assembly is the Supreme Authority of the Smart Klaster – StartUP HUB (SKS) consisting of all members of the SKS, while the right to vote has founding members and associated members. Each founding member has one vote, and each associated member has one vote. The General Assembly is convened by the Chairman of the General Assembly, at least twice a year. 

General Assembly:

  1. sets the main directions of SKS activities;
  2. discusses and approves reports on SKS activities and SKS management reports;
  3. grants honorary membership on the proposal of the Slovak Republic;
  4. approves the Rules of Procedure;
  5. decides on the abolition of the SKS;
  6. decides on the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors.
